My apologies if I seem to be objectifying someone who has the same feelings and aspirations for happiness we all have. But perhaps that is part of my role as an artist, to use surface clues to understand the psyche, what lies beneath. I can only imagine what she might be thinking. As we stare at her, she gazes back into our eyes. Yes, it's okay to stare. It's a piece of art.
