We had such fun making this music video at a recent Soiree with friends.  It’s absurd and hilariously ridiculous, an absolutely essential healing and cathartic experience. Don’t be turned off by the taboo title. At some point we just have to laugh about these stories and see them for the fallacies they are. When they become stories and we have exhausted ourselves in their telling, then, over time, they can no longer hurt us. Granted this may take many years of diligent, gut-wrenching emotional work.  Many will not survive the journey.  But eventually, perhaps in order to survive, we have to ask ourselves, is our abuse really a gun the world can wittingly or unwittingly trigger? The true answer may be very liberating.
