Snowy Egret is a continuation of my fling I’m having with wildlife. I have painted an an Elephant, Tiger and a Rhino. Egrets, I’ve had a few; too few to mention. I enjoyed the play of light on this particular creature. I tried also, to capture the marshy, sultry humidity of the lowcountry in this mysterious and mucky, murky setting.
