This is an homage to the iconic Bob Dylan Song, “North Country Girl.” My cover of the song in paint has our pure hearted girl looking at us. She is elevated but not above us. She is humble and pure, no malice does she hide. The pigment of her “fair” skin and the “red” of her hair was a most interesting challenge to capture faithfully.
