Homeless Santa

Homeless Santa was inspired by a gentleman I met in Santa Monica Boulevard Peer. He posed beautifully and he let me take lots of photos for a small contribution to his food allowance. I like how he emerges from the dark background and the plaintiff look in his eyes, a point of view rarely scene in depictions of Santa Clause. He reminds us that Santa is all about giving with no expectation of something in return. Also, that the giver also has needs, which are met in the giving.
