Sadly, it has become clear that sociopathy is far more common than we ever could imagine. I have found that people of low integrity feel very uncomfortable around those who try to practice compassion, fairness and morality, and who demand the same from their elected officials. They assume we must be malicious liars like themselves and are only covering up who we truly are. They will do anything to see us fall on our face. The only way to beat a sociopath is to out number them and marginalize them. Everyone should be free to be who they are, but not free to harm others.
The sooner we sweep out this corrupt administration the sooner we can begin again. Next time, let’s create a Democracy that is truly equal, fair and just, one that welcomes the stranger (compassionate immigration reform), takes care of the least of these (a strong safety net that encourages independance), creates opportunities for its citizens and is engaged in creating a peaceful and prosperous world order.
We may not like it, but the borders we have created and soverinty we relish IS AN ILLUSION. We need to drop the us agsinst them BS snd focus on the Earth. Let us eliminate hunger, greed and war by addressing the root causes for these atrocities.
We need to focus on progress rather than regressing into our bassist fears and prejudices. Let’s make racism and hate wrong again, give it zero air to thrive and kill it by attrition. And let freedom ring.
