Lightbeams was from one of many visits to Magnolia Gardens in Charleston, a favorite of artists for many years. We are walking along a path between marsh and swamp. I enjoyed the strange perspective of the beams of light cutting across the composition. I love the pure color potentiality of unblended pastels.
